2. Description of Service MarsTechHQ is an independent directory and information resource for enterprise AI software. We provide comparisons, reviews, and vendor listings for informational purposes. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a vendor listed on the Site.

3. Vendor Listings Vendors may submit their products for listing. MarsTechHQ reserves the right to verify, edit, reject, or remove any listing at its discretion, per our published Methodology. Free, Verified, and Sponsored listing tiers carry different features as described at the time of listing; sponsorship never affects organic ranking.

4. User Conduct You agree not to misuse the Site, including submitting false vendor information, attempting to manipulate rankings or reviews, or using the Site to scrape or resell our content without permission.

5. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including articles, comparisons, and the MarsTechHQ name and logo, is the property of MarsTechHQ unless otherwise noted. Vendor logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes. While we verify pricing and features where possible, software pricing and capability can change after publication always confirm current details directly with a vendor before purchasing.

7. Limitation of Liability MarsTechHQ is not liable for any decision made based on information found on the Site, including purchasing decisions involving listed vendors.

8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
